当然,因为近些年来麸质被在各种产品中大量使用,要想避免还真是不容易,我先做一个列表,告诉大家有些什么是含麸质的:
l 小麦大麦黑麦所有含麦的作物(除了荞麦和藜麦)
l 面食,各种面条
l 糕点;烘焙和饼干及面包店产品
l 任何包括小麦和黑麦面粉的菜肴;
l 啤酒和非蒸馏伏特加;
l 各种含有麸质的酱料,酱油,醋,罐头食品,香肠,土豆泥以及一切半成品;
l 所有工业生产的糖浆以及添加剂及冰淇淋和酒精。
是不是一眼看上去,基本都没有可以吃的东西了?那就说明你平时的饮食并不怎么健康。
l 荞麦,藜麦,玉米,大米,大豆,马铃薯淀粉;
l 杏仁,鹰嘴豆,高粱,木薯,苋菜;
l 各种绿叶蔬菜,水果和浆果;
l 肉,家禽,鱼和海鲜;
l 蔓越莓,蓝莓干,梅干和其他干果;
请不要再停留在“人要五谷杂粮才健康”的时代,你要是有麸质过敏,吃五谷就真有可能会要了你的命。
